SchoolBench Pro works for schools of all sizes, from small private schools to large public school districts. Administrators, teachers, students, and parents each get their own view with the tools relevant to them.

Yes! SchoolBench Pro currently supports English, French, and Spanish, with plans to add more languages based on user demand. The platform automatically detects your browser's language preference but allows you to manually switch languages at any time.

Pricing & Plans

We offer three main pricing tiers: Basic ($49/month for up to 100 students), Professional ($99/month for up to 500 students), and Enterprise (custom pricing for 500+ students). Each plan includes different features and support levels. You can save 20% by choosing annual billing.

Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial for all plans with full access to features. No credit card is required to start your trial. You can explore all features and decide which plan best suits your institution's needs.

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll have immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We'll prorate any differences in pricing.

Security & Privacy

Yes, SchoolBench Pro is fully FERPA compliant. We take student privacy seriously and have strong security measures in place to protect educational records. We sign FERPA agreements with all partner schools and provide documentation on how we handle compliance.

We use industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Our servers are hosted in SOC 2 compliant data centers with 24/7 monitoring. We run regular security audits, keep full backup systems in place, and have a dedicated security team watching for threats.

Only authorized personnel within your institution have access to your data based on the permissions you set. Our technical support team can only access your data when explicitly authorized by you for troubleshooting purposes. We never sell or share your data with third parties.

Technical Support

We offer multiple support channels: email for all plans (24-48 hour response), priority email for Professional plans (12 hour response), and phone support for Enterprise customers. All plans also include full documentation, video tutorials, and a community forum.

Yes. All new customers get onboarding training, including live webinars, recorded video tutorials, and written guides. Enterprise customers also get on-site training sessions. We run webinars when new features are released too.

Our extensive knowledge base and community forum are available 24/7. Enterprise customers have access to 24/7 emergency support. For critical issues outside business hours, Professional and Enterprise customers can use our emergency hotline.

Yes! Parents receive their own login credentials to access a parent portal where they can view their child's grades, attendance, assignments, and communicate with teachers. The parent portal is available on both web and mobile platforms.

We perform regular maintenance during off-peak hours with 48-hour advance notice. All plans include daily automated backups with 30-day retention.
